I knew I wanted to do something short today as I was feeling sore from the yoga I did yesterday, so I thought I’d check out some Yoga At Work practices. This was…not entirely fruitful. I’ve got a door and a reasonable amount of space so the chair heavy, look like you’re being totally normal don’t worry about what I’m doing over here type of yoga wasn’t working for me.
Ended up doing some folds and eagle poses and then sat in a yogic squat for a few minutes. Good enough for today, but I would ultimately like some sort of routine of things to do at work when I’m feeling stiff and tired. I will noodle on it.
