Yoga Day 9: Half-assed

For complicated reasons, I frequently feel depressed after swim workouts. Tonight was no different, and I came home wanting to do nothing but sit and nom fruit. With that goal in mind, I did some half vinyasas, a few half moons and a couple of down dog/child cycles and called it a day. I will pick back up with my beginner ashtanga series this weekend.
